Our primary function is to raise capital for public and private operating companies (no start-ups). The capital can be used for growth strategies, corporate divestitures, shareholder liquidity, carve outs, etc. We are retained frequently to sell companies who are looking to be bought out, or the major shareholder is looking to retire. What is your firm's average deal size?
Our firm generally looks for an entity value of at least 5MM and/or an EBITDA of 1MM from our private companies. Public company criteria include volume, market value, and exchange to name a few. We are capable of executing deals well over the 250MM value.

Does your firm focus on a particular industry or sector?
Our firm does not focus on a particular industry or sector. We look for operating companies in the U.S. that need capital or want to recapitalize their current structure.

What can a prospective client expect upon their first visit with your firm?
During our first conversation or visit, we will review the client's current financial structure and performance. We will then address the company's capital needs and formulate the best plan to carry out the capital raise.
